If you aren’t completely satisfied with your floral gift, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery within the United States.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund all or part of the purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
